We often carry wounds and experiences in our bodies without realizing it. As a Registered Nurse with 25 years of clinical experience, I have seen how trauma, grief, and chronic stress become “static” stored within our physical and energetic systems.
Foundational Energy Healing is my clinical and intuitive approach to system restoring your original design. It focuses on the most vital part of your essence: The Foundation. By working directly with the nervous system, the spine, and the bio-energy field, we move beyond the surface symptoms to address the original source of your health.
Through intuitive guidance, hands-on energy and sound, we clear what has been held for too long. My work is about tuning the frequencies within your cells to clear blockages and realign your energy system.

The Foundational Process: How it works
Opening the Field (Sound Healing)
We begin by calming the nervous system and opening your energetic field. This shifts you out of “survival mode” and creates the space needed for deep work to begin.
Locate & Release
Using my nursing background and intuitive sight, I scan your foundation for areas of stagnant energy and “static”, finding the areas where emotions or trauma have become physically stored. We then clear these structural distortions, removing the density that leaves you feeling heavy, stuck or out of sync.
Restore & Seal
Once the field is clear, we focus on restoration. I work precisely to re-introduce vibrant, coherent energy into your system, aligning you back to your original essence. We seal your foundation. leaving you feel balanced, “energetically whole”, and ready to move forward.
